Awarded by Chef Hanumanta has strived through his career to bring a refreshing approach to the world of Patisserie, Chocolaterie, Boulangerie. Started his career with TAJ (1998) and then moved to Marriott (2001).
Chef Hanumanta continued to launch some of the most celebrated creations in the industry, including: the few signature dishes names, and many more items. For his prolific creativity in Patisserie, Chocolaterie, Boulangerie created dishes which are still favourites amongst many customers. Have travelled to many countries and setup multiple kitchens from scratch, Chef Hanumanta has a distinction of creating menus, coordinate food prep, manage kitchen staff and mentor sous chefs.
